Wellness Nomad | Alternative Medicine Specialist
A long curiosity about traditional medicine has shaped the route I took. After graduating with a Bachelor of Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences (BNYS) from RGUHS University in India, I went on to study Eastern-style acupuncture at the Hanoi Hospital of Traditional Medicine in Vietnam.
I later trained in Cosmetic Acupuncture and Modern Medical Acupuncture in Australia, and have studied clinical hypnotherapy with the Institute of Applied Psychology (IAP) in Australia. I hold memberships with the Australian Natural Therapists Association and the Ayurveda and Unani Medicine Practitioners Board in India.

In my practice I combine modern science with traditional therapies: Naturopathy, Acupuncture, Dry Needling, Harmonised Meridian and Trigger Point therapy, Guided Deep Relaxation Techniques, Meditation, Physiotherapy, Hypnosis and Yoga therapy. Central to how I work is a belief in the body’s inherent ability to heal itself.
To begin, I offer private consultations where we assess your needs and what you want to achieve. From there we map a realistic course towards a healthier, more balanced life.
