Wellness Nomad | Alternative Medicine Specialist
I began in the health centres of Bengaluru — Jindal Nature Cure Institute and SOUKYA International Wellness Centre — and spent the following sixteen years inside some of the most considered wellness properties in the world: Aro Hā in New Zealand, Six Senses, Fusion Maia Da Nang and One&Only Wolgan Valley. The question I am asked most often in all of them is the same one: can we continue this when I go home? This page is the answer.
An online consultation is the same conversation we would have in a treatment room: unhurried, specific to you, and ending with something you can act on the next morning. I work mostly from Da Nang, Vietnam — with residencies in Morocco this October and again in May 2027 — and see clients in Australia, India and across the world. The video link, the time-zone conversion and the follow-up note are all handled for you.

Most people arrive with a cluster rather than a single complaint: sleep that does not restore, digestion that has become unpredictable, energy that runs out by mid-afternoon, a stress load that has quietly become the baseline. A naturopathic consultation takes the cluster seriously and looks for the pattern underneath it.
In our first hour I take a full history — sleep, food, movement, work rhythm, medication, what has already been tried. You leave with a written plan within 48 hours: what to change first, what to leave alone, what to measure, and when we review. It is a plan, not a supplement list; where something needs a doctor, I say so plainly and help you ask the right question.
I am a trained naturopath — Bachelor of Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences, Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences — registered to practise in both Australia and India, with the Australian Natural Therapists Association and the Ayurveda and Unani Medicine Practitioners Board. Sixteen years across hospital, resort and consulting settings sit behind every plan I write.
Clients often come with
Hypnotherapy is a structured, consent-led method that uses focused attention to work with the patterns the thinking mind cannot reach by effort alone. It is quiet, collaborative and entirely awake work; you hear everything, remember everything, and can stop at any point.
Over video it translates well — better than most people expect — because you are in your own chair, in your own room, with no travel on either side of the session. We begin with a conversation about what you want to change, move into a guided state of settled attention, and close with a short debrief and, where useful, a recording you can return to between sessions.
I hold a certificate in clinical hypnotherapy from the Institute of Applied Psychology in Australia, and I pair it with something I developed long before it: Yoga Nidra Therapy, a structured form of yogic rest that grew out of my BNYS training and years of practice. A session with me draws on both — the precision and consent-led structure of clinical hypnotherapy, and the deep, systematic settling of yoga nidra. It is the same philosophy that runs through my Sea of Surrender and Nervous System Reset work in resorts: rest, not shock.
Clients often use it for
Most naturopathy clients see me every three to four weeks for the first three months. Most hypnotherapy clients work in blocks of three to five sessions, a week or two apart. We agree the rhythm at the end of the first session, not before it — and I would rather you stopped early than continued out of habit.
I keep my mornings for Australia and India together, and my evenings for India and Europe. All times are converted automatically when you book; the table is so you can see at a glance whether we overlap.

Fees are the same for naturopathy and clinical hypnotherapy. Payment is by card at booking. Sessions can be moved without charge with 24 hours’ notice; inside 24 hours the session is charged. Private health rebates vary by fund and country and I cannot promise them; a receipt is issued for every session.
Online consultations are not emergency care and do not replace your GP, specialist or psychiatrist. Hypnotherapy is not psychotherapy and I do not work with acute psychiatric conditions, psychosis or active severe mental illness; where I think you need a different kind of help, I will say so in the first session and, where I can, point you to it. If you are in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services.
Do I need a referral?
No. You can book directly.
Is it covered by private health insurance?
Sometimes, for naturopathy, depending on your fund and country. Ask your fund before booking; I issue a receipt for every session.
What if the connection drops?
We reconnect. If the session cannot be completed we finish it another day at no charge.
How many sessions will I need?
Naturopathy: usually three to four in the first three months. Hypnotherapy: usually three to five. I will tell you honestly at the end of the first session.
Is it confidential?
Yes. Your notes are held securely, are never used in public material, and are shared with no one without your written consent.
Can I see you in person instead?
In Da Nang, yes — see the Therapies page. In Australia, only when I am visiting; join the newsletter to hear when.

Initial consultations are 60 minutes and can be booked directly in your time zone. Follow-up sessions are arranged by reply after we have met.
