Sleep Meditation/ Transcendental Meditation/ Mindfulness meditation

  1. Transcendental Meditation: A silent, mantra-based meditation technique that promotes deep relaxation and stress reduction.
  2.  Mindfulness Meditation: A practice focused on cultivating a heightened awareness and acceptance of present-moment thoughts, feelings, and sensations.
  3.  Yogic Sleep: Also known as Yoga Nidra, a guided relaxation practice that induces a state of deep rest, akin to sleep, while maintaining a sense of conscious awareness.

Initial session plus consultation 60 minutes / $300 ++
Follow up 45 mins – 225++
